Solar, Man of the Atom (or Doctor Solar as I knew him first!). Used to find some old Gold Key comics or Charlton reprints in gas stations in the 70's, that's where I met Solar! I always thought he was cool. Pretty easy custom.
Recipe:
Body - Daredevil
Head - duh, Cyclops.
Symbol - went the easy route, printed one the right size and sealed it to the figure using glue then Testor's paint sealer.
Eye beam - Cyclops
Electric effects - Electro
