I wouldn't say flawless just yet but better than the "Wet Zombi" look. Metal Gear Solid Play Arts have very good sculpt and the beauty is there just hidden under the bad paint..

Thanks, I usually apply 5-6 very thin layers of paint for the base colour and after I add shading with slightly darker paints and lots of water. Let me know if you have any questions?
