Have you ever gone back and looked at a custom you did a while ago and just kind of laughed? Well, that's what happened here. I realized that after I finished him way back when, I never posted him to the Realm, so here he is!

The character is 'Walon Vau', a Mandalorian mercenary from the Star Wars Republic Commando series books and game. His appearance and armor is based on the description we are given of him, but younger then he appears in the series.

Base figure is an old Sigma 6 figure as well as the gun. The cape is real fabric (that I added onto the character) and the helmet (which is removable) is a Pez top.

And that cannon gauntlet. Oh my, that cannon gauntlet. I know I was going for a kind of outlandish look (The Sigma series always kind of had that super exaggerated look in my book) and I think I got it. But does that connection job between the cannon and the arm kill me. That's going to get fixed and smoothed out one day (the more I look at it, the sooner I think it's going to be, too).

If I could go back in time and smack myself for being impatient and not sculpting with more care, I would.
