This was a relatively simple custom, mostly a repaint. I did add the left hand from a marvel select venom. Repainted entire figure with flat and gloss black. Then added the white. I liked the white light saber more than the red. Thanks for looking, let me know what you think.
I literally screamed when I saw this. Wow dude! Nice mash up. It would make sense too since venom is an alien symbiote. Imagine how high he'd be able to jump!
VERY nice! Although, my suggestion was the opposite of Patraw's, haha. The painting of the teeth is some crazy detail, though! I'm thinking not a huge Venom head, something more subtle, and then mold Maul's horns on that? Either way, again, nice job...
The Force is strong with this one. Awesome concept bro, he looks very awesome, two of my most favorite characters. Darth Maul is my favorite Sith Lord and Venom is my favorite Spiderman character, great idea to fuse them together. Might make one of these for my collection if you don't mind. Keep up the awesome work bro, congrats on the silver.
We may definitely see this character someday now that I heard Disney owned Lucasfilm Star Wars comics will be published by Marvel instead of DarkHorse comics. Anyway, thanks for this preview of what can be possible. Great execution of an original idea!
This is a really neat piece--I like how the Venom aspect is subdued on your figure--most people would have just given him the huge gaping jaws and writhing tongue, but I'm glad to see that you took a more subtle route with your design (the white facial markings are reminiscent of Maul's Sith tattoos, which is cool) I don't think I've ever seen a white lightsaber before, but it certainly matches Venom's black and white color scheme, so that was a good choice in my opinion. Definitely one of my top picks for this challenge; well done!
This is most definitively Venom's Year!! , he's everywhere , even the Star Wars Universe , that so Awesome! , and the idea works very well , fit the character , Great Work!!
