Master Shredder is one of my favorite super villains of all time. I didn't love the look of Nick's Shredder, but when painted up he looks pretty cool. I based his color scheme on the IDW version of Shredder, so this is a combo of the two current incarnations.

The blades on his arms are toothpicks painted grey and his tattered cape is a cut up old t-shirt I was ready to throw out.
