I decided to move forward with another villain from Flash's rogues gallery. Flash's enemies never did, and probably never will, get much love from the dcuc line. Up next is heatwave. I used a captain cold body as the base. I sanded down the fur sculpt that was on the sleeves and boots and re-sculpted. Added a huge tank from a Mr. Potato head figure. Weathered the tank and added a hose from a Mr. Freeze figure. Sculpted the chest straps and belt and added a metallic orange paint to them. The head is from a DCD Else Worlds Green Lantern figure.
