hes made from a headless terminator body i got that was missing lil parts, sandman head, cut lightbulb for glass top, sculpted brain and ring around dome, added lil wires and stuff, then total repaint.

i cut lightbulb (one of those lil nightlight ones) for the dome cut perfectly on the first try. i sculpted the rim on it, sanded it perfect, then it fell off my workbench and cracked. it was about 7 more bulbs before i got another cut without cracking it. the key is a new cutting disc on the dremel, crank the speed up and wrap the part of the bulb youre gonna cut in tape first. i had better luck with the more fabricy athletic tape than i did with masking tape.
