So upon seeing the trailer for Days of Future Past, my friend and I noticed that all the uniform details looked VERY Age of Apocalypse, and got to thinking, how cool would it be if when Wolverine returns to the future, it leads into an Apocalypse story line?!
Well here is my idea of what a movie version of Apocalypse.
I wanted him to look more realistic and fitting to the X-Men movie universe. Capturing an Egyptian look as well as a futuristic armored look.
I took a Man of Steel Zod figure and sanded down his hair and goatee, then molded his head piece.
Then I took the rubber pipes from a ML Pyro figure and glued them to his arms. Lastly, I used cylon plating for his Egyptian-looking skirt.
For painting I used 2 different blues, some silver, and hints of red in the suit, and a blue-grey for his face. Enjoy.
