Hello. This is my first submission. It's not my first custom tho. I've customized half a dozen zombies (which I will be posting on AFR.) This is my first multi figure customization where I cut, sliced, dremeled, painted and epoxied.
I had an extra Rick head from his series 1 figure (I used the body for a custom Shane Walsh figure from episode 1, which I will be posting.) I also had an extra Dr Who figure whose head I used for a zombie. The Dr Who figure had a lab coat on so I thought it was perfect for making a blood and guts cover Rick form season 1 when him and Glenn where walking through all the zombies on the street.
I used epoxy to fill in the middle of the coat to make it look buttoned up, as it was originally open. I cut of his tie and painted the shirt collar to look like ricks sheriff shirt. I painted the pants to look like his sheriff pants. I painted black gloves on his hands. I used epoxy and made some intestines then bloodied them up. I took a hand and foot from the comic series 2 Zombie Penny figure and roped them together and bloodied them up. I used small pieces cut off of other figures as pieces of flesh. I painted them flesh color and stuck them on after I bloodied up the coat like crazy. I epoxied his neck on the peg that was there from original head. The head is on a pin and just sits in a hole I drilled. I then hung the intestines, foot and hand over his neck and put an axe from the Series 4 Daryl figure in his hand. I will be adding blood to the axe, I just forgot to do it before picture was taken.
