The next installment for my Titant East redesign is Red X!

I chose this character to be in the group because he debuted on the Teen Titans cartoon and I couldn't wait to make him. He also fits this group perfectly because he's a master thief!

I decided to use an old, painted over, Black Power Ranger as a base because of his dome-like head. After repainting him, I took liberties with the redesign and decided to him a wrist claw on his left arm and a giant red throwing star. After I repainted him, I added his cape and some effects.
