This is Disney's 7" Indiana Jones which you can get from the store at the Indiana Jones attraction. I received the figure from a friend and once I got it I knew I had to repaint it and redo the base. The figure and base were painted using Vallejo, Repaer and GW paints.

RECIPE




1: Figure - The figure was repainted I added his whip holder by using leather and the also added webbing material to his pants belt so it look more like the movie version instead of just being plain like the figure had.

2: Base - The base is actually vey detailed just not painted very well, I went about doing he base as jungle scenery you could go about doing it as eygptian scenery you just have to get rid of the bamboo. I added real dirt which I got from the back yard and the static grass and vines are from Woodland Sceneics.

Once the static grass, vines and dirt dried I gave then a wash and then drybrushed them to get the deisred look and then let dry, Once all areas were dry I used plastic fish tank plants for the larger plants, I just painted and drybrushed them to the desired colour.

3: Whip, Bag and accessories - The whip you get with the figure is again very nice except you can't roll it so I cut off the whip section and the hand grip and added real leather to both ends. The bag I kept the rubber/plastic bag section and cut off the plastic strap and added real leather for the straps.

The accessories I just repainted the antidote vial as it was all brown and also added the blue ticket to the dairy. Once everything was dry I used Testors Dull-Coate to protect the paint
