I have been wanting my own yule lord for a while, so I put this guy together. Head is 100% sculpted. All hair is sculpted. Used the lower legs from a Narnia figure. Added some chains, Ruten, and a bag for carrying naughty kids and a naughty kid to terrorize and voila.

Looks great, and I'd never have thought of a Krampus figure! Awesome idea. This and the waterhorse, or Kelpie scared the bejeezuz out of me as a kid.

All I can think about right now is The League. Taco chasing kids singing Krampus carols is one of my favorite episodes. Great figure bro!
