This one was pretty tough. Peacock's unique physiology was a pain to recreate, so I did the best I possibly could.

Started out with a Super Mario Bros. Princess Peach figurine, and discarded her head and arms. Next, I painted up the body and used twist-ties that had come with some of my action figures to make the arms. The Eyes of Argus were sculpted on and everything was painted up. Next came what may have been the hardest part - the hands. Her hands are abnormally large and for some reason 99% of all fan-art retains them as normal sized. So, I took the hands off of a 8 inch Mighty Morphin' Red Ranger.

Her head and hair is all Mighty Putty with details painted on. I searched everywhere for a top hat that would work in this scale, and came up dry, so it's made out of more Mighty Putty, a penny, and the screws I took out to get to Red Ranger's hands.

I'd initially gotten feet for her, but once I started putting them on I realized it didn't look right. I think she looks better without them, anyway.
