Hey guys!

My last custom of the year is a REALLY cool one! This is Venom as he appears at the very end of Spider-Man 3.

To make him, I put a BUNCH of floral wire in a styrofoam base. Then I put the head and torso of the Spider-Man Classics Venom in the wire. After that, I covered the whole thing with hot glue to make it look "gooey."

For the paint, I used black spray paint, with drybrushing for the face, and for a final touch, I added a pumpkin bomb from Green Goblin.

I think he turned out really nice, and he looks awesome next to my other movie Spidey stuff!

Tell me what you think!

How can you clean him? I mean it might attach to you and you know everything goes downhill from there.
Keep a Bic lighter handy- they don't like fire.

WOW! You really put the time and effort into this bad boy and it shows! You captured the look of the ending sceen perfectly.
I have one suggestion if you decide to expand your diarama. I'd use a bigger piece of foam then place drinking straws into it to surround it to recreate the metal poles.

This was truly amazing. You can tell that this took tons of effort and a lot a time. The addition of the P.B. was genius. While thhe movie had glaring plot holes and well, a little overstuffed, you do the final battle scene justice. You should try photoshoping in diffrent backgrounds to give your customs a sense of animation and reality to them. You can find some easy tutorials for this all over the web.
12/10 man. Top notch!
