The next installment for my New Mutant Series is Cypher.

The base body for this figure was a dollar store version of Batman. I swapped the head out for an anime character name Sanji from "One Piece" (credit goes to Gonard on here for telling me).

Once Cypher was done, I put a store bought Warlock, in the pic for dramatic effect!

Very nice man, your new mutants are coming along beautifully!
But in the description you said that the anime head is from naruto, the head is actually from "One Piece" haha
