Gotta love the 90's, so many one-note characters popping up all over the place. Some were great some were bretty bad. Free Spirit was one of the good ones, coming out of Captain America comics, in the early 90's. I'm a huge fan of patriotic characters, so as soon as I found her in a back issue of Cap, I knew I had to make her. Her body is from Marvel Universe Invisible Woman, with a head from Spylounge Toys. Her gloves are sculpted, and her bootcuffs were taken from a DC Infinite heroes Black Canary.
