After I got the Avengers captain america, I started by using a lighter shade of blue make the black more visible. Then I painted over the silver star and lines on the figure so it was completely blue. I also painted the red boots brown and the gloves blue and black. I also uploaded a video of the figure on youtube. The username is ironmanfan42. Enjoy!

Really like this. Simple but extremely effective. Too bad the Hasbro release won't be a tenth as cool as this.

I know this look has been getting bashed a bit since the trailer came out, but I am actually pretty anxious to see it in the movie itself. That said, a simple alteration that looks really cool. I love the darker look, as well. Fantastic!
