She-Hulk body with DC Power Girl head. Dremeled off the white bikini and sanded to smooth it out. Attempted a hair sculpt with a little Apoxie and a portion of the hair from a Flashpoint Wonder Woman. Made the collar, shoulder sleeves, "N" insignia and the little ankle wings and the bracelets with Apoxie also. Hand painted her entirely, except for the face which was already a close match with the skin tone. Added the pointy ears with Apoxie also, but they're barely noticeable. Submitted for your approval, hope it makes the cut.
