Here is one of my favorite recent projects... a Marvel Legends scale Darkhawk! Darkhawk is one of those characters from the late 1980s and early 1990s, when I started reading comics, that I wish got a little more attention along with the Dan Ketch Ghost Rider, Night Thrasher, an armored Thor, Mr. Fixit and mutated Thing. Much of Darkhawk is a repainted Big Time Spider-man, a figure whose design doesn't appeal to me because I've never read the comics, but he makes a great start for customizing. I sculpted Darkhawk's helmet from scratch. I fabricated his wrist gauntlet thingamabob, and toybiz Archangel supplies the wings. They are held in place with a screw, which also makes them poseable.
