I used a 1st appearance gray hulk base body and cut away the ugly brow on the head. Then, I sculpted it over so that it would look more like Mcfarlanes grey hulk from the Peter David run on the series. Later I painted all of the figure black, and used three different shades of gray to finally match Mcfarlanes hulk better. I'm pretty happy with the results, let me know of any advice or critiques!
