Hi Realmers, **Updated Pictures & Description** This figure was supposed to be some other figure but I've had to change my original decision and went with X-23. Mostly because the base figure I chose was shorter than I expected when I got it from the mail. Oh well. So I took the figure apart, which looked easy but believe me, Figma joints are really, really brittle. I wrecked two other figures just to get the joints that I needed for this custom. Hence, this might be one of the more expensive customs I have done. What I love about the base figure was it was highly pose-able and it had a lot of accessories. Colored everything in black and flesh. Flesh tones were always a bit challenging for me. so I had to do multiple thin coats. I sculpted the straps and took an MU X-23 buckle cause I was feeling lazy. But it looks like it was a perfect fit. The multiple interchangeable hands increase the fun factor. I was inspired by the curves of the original figure and I was happy how sexy this X-23 turned out to be. I think I'm going to do some more females figures once I get the time and resources freed up. I hope you like her too. Enjoy the weekend. God bless. ![]() |

I think I recognize the head but that body would have needed a lot of removal of details to get smooth.
Looks great. I've done some work with Figmas too and you gotta get yourself some spare joints to have around. You can find them on Amazon, but it would be a lot easier if you were in Japan and you could just walk into your local hobby shop and pick them up.
Very excited about the new female blank body they are gonna start selling.
You would be surprised to know that I did use the transparent blank figure. It was a pain to paint since I had to work with multiple layers. It would have been great to use the tan blank figure but my local hobby store didn't have them. The blank figures are way more expensive than regular figmas but it was worth it.
Thanks again.
This little minx just cost me three figmas. And you have got to watch out for the shoulder joints. They are the ones that break easily
The base was both a boon and a bane to work with
Articulation rock and figure too/ GOOO
