Hands down I have no idea who this guy is being Wikipedia. I wanted to practice some chrome spray skills so he seemed a good choice at the time. Swapped the legs for Mr Sinister and the arms with F.A. Ironman. Hands were Beta Ray Bill and the feet were Super Skrull. Used a heap of apoxie to retool the head, body, fingers and toes. Weapon is a modified Quark rifle.
