The next Iron Man I did as a gift went to a friend who admired my work. This one I had a lot more time with and could do more. Big shout out to Jin who was the first guy I saw take the Transformers Iron Man head and put it on the House of M body with Freeze boots, which I totally ripped off.

A lot of the fun here was including the War Machine weapons. There are several holes on the back where the weapons can plug in, and they can also plug into the gloves. Plus the fire effects can plug into those weapons. I left them a rough silver because it provided some nice contrast and livened up the design some.

I got a cast of the Tony Stark head and it made a big difference too. I love interchangeable parts! I painted that up and it pops on and off like the armored head. The yellow was left mostly untouched from the House of M toy, because I liked the paint apps, and the red was redone by painting clear red over silver after setting a dark wash in.

I ended liking it a lot. Let me know what you think!
