I really hadn't thought of an idea for this contest until I saw this random Sesame Street toy body in my parts bin. One Ghost Rider head later and a story began to form.

The head is from the five inch Ghost rider toy line with orange paint added to the flames
The chain is a random chain found in my parts bin.
