If you frequented arcades (I miss those days...) in the early 90's one thing was certain. Capcom and Konami OWNED the "Beat 'em Up" genre. One such classic was "The Punisher" from Capcom. That game was so violent, but was over the top, and fun. Player 1 was Frank Castle, and Player 2, oddly enough, was Nick Fury. While I always opted to play as The Punisher, I DID like Fury's look in the game, and playing the game recently inspired me to do a custom of that look. I used so many GI Joe parts, I can't list them all. Those who have played the game and that have a keen eye might've noticed that the weapons he's holding represent the exact weapons you could pick up as power-ups in the game during the infamous "gunfight" segments.
