I loved the Neca Robocop with the spring loaded leg holster, but the likeness to Peter Weller was terrible. And on top of that, mine had no less than 3 different shades of silver on it. Not for depth of paint, but the head was a different base color from the chest, and the legs were different colors above and below the knee.

So I took apart the Neca figure, put a nice light coat of aluminum, then airbrushed it again with aluminum with some clear blue mixed in. I always loved that Robocop 2 look.

Then I swapped the head from a busted McFarlane Movie Masters Robo onto the Neca body, gave it a a nice clear overcoat, and then a wash with black paint to bring out the details. Even painted the holster region with a little black and silver drybrushing to make it all meld in.

I love this figure.
