Tiger Mask, one of the killers in the awesome new horror film You're Next (go see it of you haven't yet), started out as one of the Joker's thugs. I removed the details of his coat with a dremel and changed the cut with vinyl. The large camping jacket pockets came from some 12" figure accessories. The back of his head is some random dude from the parts bin and the mask used to be a tiger figurine, obviously.
