I don't know a how lot about this character but came across a couple of his images when getting ideas for the main charaters of the Micronauts. He's listed as a Micronaut ally.
There were not a lot of good images to go from so I did take some liberties with this character. The biggest example is I could not figure out if he wore shoes or not. I decided that anyone who needs some serious dental work and sports precancerous growths on his head might not chose to wear shoes and have some nail trimming issues. (That and The End Hulk was the bulkiest figure I had.)
Ground away some of the hair and used Green Stuff for the body hair and filled in the exposed muscles. Also tried making veins to help cover those areas. Green Stuff for the coveralls and buckle, foam for the belt (another liberty I think.)
