Amanda is a believer in the Defiance Movement, in that all species both Human and Votan can live together in peace but only if they accept one another's traditions and beliefs. She believes in the ideals of equality among the races and that treating any of them differently would result in disaster. She is also confident in the belief that good will win over evil.
Amanda is a somewhat confident leader, believing that if she does what is right that things will work out and is accomplished with public speaking and political speech. She has skills in some hand-to-hand combat as well as being a good shot with a weapon. She is also able to speak Kastíthanu.
