While the Marvel Universe Cable is a cool figure, it's not my favorite look. My favorite version of Cable is from the game Marvel vs. Capcom 2. The look is also very close to the costume Cable had during Ladronn's run on the Cable series. Bringing this look to life just required a Cable figure, quite a bit of sculpting, and accessories from some obscure figures. I definitely wanted to represent his two major weapons from the game, his pistol (made from a Playmates WildCATs Pike gun), and the noob gamer favorite...the VIPER BEAM (made from a GI Joe rocket launcher accessory)!
