It doesn't matter who we are, what matters is our plan. I love this line and it never gets old....Hey Realmers, hope you all have enjoyed your weekend, I know I have. :D So I was a little bummed that I lost the ebay auction for Shinobitrons's Custom Of Bane, I really wanted to add him to my collection. Anyhow, I was able to create my own custom of Bane through a Neca Guile I acquired from a friend. :D I decided to make this Bane as a way to take that I wanted that feeling. Lol. I still can't decide which version of Bane I like more, the classic comic version or Tom Hardy Bane, I guess I love them both so I got elements from both, classic and mercenary. After all Bane is a mercenary. I couldn't decide whether to go shirtless, with a vest or a tank top so after trying all three elements, I decided to go with a tank top and a venom harness and apparatus. Bane's head is sculpted from scratch with a spawn head as a base, I thought this look for him would be different, unique, and awesome. I also sculpted him some knee pads and wrist rings for his gloves. The grenades, ammo packs, knife, holsters with machine guns come from a special ops figure. His venom harness and dispenser apparatus are made from a star wars battle droid figure ( arms cut into four pieces) and the battle droids gun blaster is the center for dispensing the venom. The metal pegs are real metal and made from tire core valves for a bike. The venom tubes are made of hollowed out headphone wires and are removabale. Bane's gloves and shot gun are from a ML Bishop figure. This is my concept version of the man who broke the bat. Let me know what you all think. Enjoy!!

Thanks Ghost, it means a lot my friend. This is what Bane should look like in a movie and Mortal Kombat Vs. DC Universe sequel video game. I was pretty bummed he didn't make that game.

It kinda looks like the gas mask from that one tactical Spawn figure. Not sure what he was called. He was black/dark blue with lighter blue drybrushed over him, had a commando feel...if that helps identify him.

Hey Jay, so sorry for the late reply bro. I always do my best to reply to questions and comments asap. I had to crash early for work and got out later than usual. Anyhow, in answer to your question.... The head on my Bane was sculpted from scratch but I attached the Gas mask to his face after I sliced it off that Navy Seal/ Black Ops Spawn Character, he just goes by the name Spawn its just a rendition of Spawn based on the art work of the comic cover Issue number 64 and the series of the figure itself is series 24. This Spawn was an awesome figure, I also took the gear off of this guy to use for Bane's gear. Also glad you dig my Bane bro, and thanks for the kind words, it always means a lot coming from you.

Tough, badass-looking Bane - his venom backpack is really detailed and I love the idea of incorporating a gas mask into the design! That's a great spin on his look.
