Barbossa:
Take your OST Barbossa and remove the glued on hat. I did this by hacking the bajeesus out of it with a pair of wire clippers. Once you've done that slice up th jacket and remove the inner part. Take the belt from the Capt. Jack figure and paint the striped scarf thing yellow. Also, take the legs and hands from Jack and swap them with Barbossa. Give Barbossa Jack's scabbard and Clone Wars Series Hondo Ohnaka's Pistol. To finish, make a felt hat and add a feather.

Jack The Monkey:
Take a small monkey toy commonly found in cheap animal sets. Paint the face flesh pink, the top half of the back red but the front legs yellow/cream. Paint the back half minus the tail green and add facial features to the face.
