Fill a small pot with water and bring water to a boil.
Dip the Lando and Hammerhead figures in the boiling water for 10 to 12 seconds to soften the plastic and pop off the head and limbs. Pop the Hammerhead head and limbs onto the Lando torso with tool while the pieces are still warm. Some trimming and re-warming may be required. Garnish with jedi robe and lightsaber.
