Today I would like to present, the second individual from the WWII era to carry the mantle of The Human Top.
David Mitchell served in Bucky and Toro's Kid Komandos as the second Human Top.
He later went on to serve on the council for the "V" Battalion.

For this figure I started with a Black Suit Spider-Man figure.
Seeing as how Mitchell was a scrawny teen, I figured this was a good base.
For the head, I used a modified Falcon head.
The stripes are all painted free hand, and I hope you like them.

Now, do to a very generous donation, I am off to do a couple more angels.
(yes I know I said I was done, but come on the wings were free)
