Cap was featured in this suit on the cover of Uncanny X-Force # 12. (google it. its cool.)

Cap stands about 6 inches tall and is in scale with all of the other Marvel Legends and DC Unlimited standing slightly taller than someone of average height like Spiderman. He is wearing Navy S.E.A.L scuba dive gear for underwater operations. He blends in with the other Legends figures and looks great on a Captain America or Avengers shelf.

He comes with removable scuba gear including mask, vest, rebreather, and fins! He also features a M-4 assault rifle for this sea combat mission and also has his signature shield.

Cap is highly articulated. His head joint allows for good range of motion. He can be posed swimming, jumping, kicking, punching, looking up or down,and side to side at most angles.

He features parts from several figures and custom sculpting to the head, and other areas of the figure. He features custom gear made for this mission.

I wanted to incorporate as many traditional elements of his normal uniform into this black ops gear but some things weren't practical. The wings on his head are gone, and he has a sleek mask that covers everything (ears included) except the parts covered by the dive mask when it is on. The oxygen supply canister was panted red and the straps are white to reflect the normal red and white stripes on his lower abdomen.

He sports a hand painted paint job. The figure was painted using only the best Citadel primer, and was hand painted using Citadel, Model Masters, Formula P3 and other high quality paints. There is a ton of detail to the sculpt so repainting, dry brushing, washes, and advanced paint techniques were done to make the line work pop. Some areas are glossy,some flat and some are metallic. The colors are different shades of blues, blacks, gunmetals, grays, reds and chromed silver.

He was given a heavy black wash and small amounts of metallic dry brushing to make the suit and gear look more lived in and not pristine. We always believed in a lived in universe and not one where things look like they came off the assembly line. This Captain America looks like he’s been through some battles.
