Saber Marionette J is one of my favorite anime's. I waited for a Japanese company to make figures of the characters, but much to my dismay, they never did. They made a couple model kits, but after waiting for 10 years I thought it was a safe bet that actual figures would never be made.I used an Marvel's Most Wanted Blink figure basically just for the articulation. The figure is pretty much sculpted completely over. Cherry's head/hair, feet, dress & many of the parts are just completely sculpted from scratch. Then she was painted. If you look at my other customs I also made the other Marionette's.
