I made this guy a while ago and not entirely sure why I went back and made him again. Well, aside from the fact that I had to go with some simpler designs this week, and for some reason he was one of the first to come to mind. lol Ok, so this guy used to be one of the Thunderbolts. Briefly, I believe. Very low ranking villain, but still with a pretty cool uniform. One of those simple, yet effective things. And it is a nice project to use all those extra Future Foundation Spiderman heads for.
