This figure is 100% a Kenner BTAS Creeper. I ground down all the details & covered them with apoxie. He was rather an easy sculpt his face or anything else doesn't have any details. I remembered in the one episode he had a small eye in the palm of his hand that he used to hypnotize people. So I sculpted that on his palm. Then it was all paint work to which I freeze framed episodes to see different angles & get his line work right.
