Here's the second half of my "Fearsome Flyers" 2-pack from CustomCon 35. The base body is a DCUC Modern Cheetah, with the head of a DCUC Classic Cheetah, and the hands of a DCUC Donna Troy. Her mask and hair were sculpted, and her antennae are pieces of black wire. The wings were cut from styrene, with the veins sculpted. At the base of each wing is a shoulder ball from a ML Scarlet Witch that is plugged into her back. The wings can fold back and forth, but do not rotate. For the paint on the wings I started with a base coat of a yelllowish white I mixed, then covered that with clear yellow.
