Made this before the big announcement at SDCC that there will be an ab crunch free retail release of this guy. Oh well, here is how he was made. Pretty simple recipe, totally PITA paint job.

Everything but the head is a stripped down Ghost Rider. Sculpted the neck collar, upper arms, shoulder pads, sides of legs, and the entire upper torso to give him a tactical look. The shoulder pads were sculpted using a soft plastic compound for pliability to refrain from hindering movement.
Clint Barton cast head from starwarsgeek, and updated paint job. Tactical helmet looking head made from an Iron Spiderman from the Ult spidey toyline I got in a fodder lot. Re-sculpted the eyes and forehead.

I kind of wanted to miss the tactical and spikey look and he kind of ended up with how he would look more with a cartoony feel. At least he has an ab crunch and alternate head. :) Hope you guys like him. Thanks for looking as always!
