I've always wanted to do her (that's what she said) and i really like her New 52 look so I went with that.
She's made from a ROML Hope Summers torso head,and arms, Madame Masque lower legs and DCUC Cheetah hair
I spliced on DCUC Power Girl wrists and sculpted over to blend it in
all other details were sculpted as well
