From Marvel's lost Generation, I present Yankee Clipper.
For this figure, I started with a DCD Geo-Force base.
The boots are from a DCD Martian Manhunter.
Added cuffs, and repainted the entire figure.

I know the arms look a little light. Something wrong with my wife's camera, because it the arms match the face perfectly in person.
