Here is the angry man of the DC Universe, the man formerly known as Red Arrow and Speedy (until Prometheus relived him of his arm), the one and only ARSENAL! He even got some time on Young Justice (gone too soon Cartoon Network). When we got red arrow with the angry head, I thought maybe Arsenal was on the way since he had such an angry face. (would have been a cool running variant!) So I used the Red Arrow head on a Green Lantern body, Cyborg arm with some jewels added, lots of belts and knives added to the legs (the leg knives and katanas are from the awesome as always Casting Cave). I even threw in the cat he saved when he was hallucinating and thought it was his daughter! Thanks for looking
