Ra's Al Ghul: Allow me to introduce myself. I am he who is called Ra's al Ghul.
Batman: "The Demon's Head". I thought you were only a legend.
Ra's Al Ghul: I am quite real. And as I'm sure you realize by now, my reputation for resourcefulness is well-deserved.

Here we go folks some DCUC Animated Series figures. Ra's Al Ghul has yet to be done by Mattel and I thought I'd take a crack at "The Demon's Head" himself. This was a pretty simple custom and just some paint and minor sculpting. I used the Marvel Legends Dr. Strange for the head and a DCUC Sandman for the body, DCSH Superman cape and DCUC Dr Midnight collar and lastly MM Joker's chain. Its amazing what a few scrap parts and a paint job can do.

Perfect, dude!

Did you run into any difficulty with the paint flaking off the cape? If not, what type of paint did you use?

Thanks homie, the cape I used was the DCSH Superman cape and I just used Testor's Acrylic. I use the Testor's brand brushed for when I paint large areas, I can't explain it but for some reason the paint always comes out much cleaner that way. Time is important too, so always paint as quickly as possible, let dry, and apply another coat.

Very, very nice work on Ra's here. He looks regal and menacing. I've always thought the Dr Strange head would work great for Ra's, and indeed it has! The cape looks magnificent, great construction and wonderful paints!
