This is Midnight Run, a speedster character of mine i recently played and i kinda like him. Not a complicated character but i personally love the paint job. He is made from a Marvel Legends Cyclops with a helmet from a Spawn Toys Racing-Driver-type-guy, i dont really remember who it was i just wanted the helmet. Sanded down the head so the helmet would fit, super-glued it on and went about painting him. The star is from a set of office stickers that looked good and voila!
