This is my second attempt at the Shi'ar leader. I used an ML Hyperion, sculpted costume details, Drax head, and sculpted Mohawk. I also used a DCD Hush Ras Cape. Gave him a Matte/Metallic paint job and there you go.

Superb Gladiator custom! It's a tossup between yours & Stevid's Gladiator for best Gladiator custom done in the 6' scale. Nuffsaids great version is right there as well.
