So after I saw the movie, I thought (SPOILER ALERT) there's a LOT of busted up Kryptonian technology laying around. So I then thought-Lex Luthor will get his hands on that, and maybe some DNA samples from all the Kryptonian battles or even the codex. He will try to use genetics to give himself powers. Either on purpose or as part of the process, there will be a clone created, and he will lose control of it. Thus: Bizarro

Took a General Zod in his Kryptonian undies, sculpted the MOS 'S' chest emblem, and made it look cracked and broken, just as Bizarro is. Sculpted the whole head and some on the hands.

Standard wired. cloth, cut-and sealed cape, complete with tattered edges.
