Here is an older custom of Animated Grimlock that I made back when this figure first came out. I never liked the dull drab colors that Hasbro used on the Animated figures, but in the same aspect I think that Takara/Tomy went a little bright with their metallic colors on the Animated line. I wanted a more show accurate colored Grimlock, so I repainted all the red and gold parts with more vibrant colors, did a little panel lining, and finished him up with a top coat.
