Here is a another member of classic DC superhero team loosely based on Atari video games (Atari Force), Chris Champion (aka Tempest). He was GL base and a Sodam Yat head with mullet attached. The rest is a lot of paint and fine-tipped sharpie work! Teleporting powers not included.
