Fairly straightforward. I'd wanted to do Dr Rao back when I did Dr Nemesis and took the idea up again after trading some figures with fellow customiser 'Face'. Sculpted up the hair, bust, cuffs and collar. Legs are modified Asguardian. Glasses and test tubes we from an online doll house store.
